
HOUSE RULES
We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. The following House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the Heritage Village Club, Goa since 1997. These House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. These House Rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the All Seasons Inn & Suites and the guest. Our House Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.

The following terms and conditions of the Agreement between the Guest(s) and Heritage Village Club, Goa (hereinafter called management) under which rooms are permitted to be used by the Guest(s) and are also binding on the Guest(s).

TARIFF:
Your tariff includes meals as per the package booked. Buffet meals are served at the chutney restaurant. Guests can also order food and drinks in the room and also dine at our other specialty restaurants and pub as per their preferences. As an additional service the same will be billed to their rooms and settled at the time of check out.

SETTLEMENT OF BILLS:
Bills must be settled on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted. We have multiple options to pay your bills at checkout, where you can choose to pay by scanning the QR Code, card payment by contactless EDC machine or through Payment links for online bank transfer.

COMPANY LIEN ON GUEST LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS:
In case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage and belongings, and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party appropriate the net sale proceeds towards amount due from the guest.

DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and Check-out time is 11:00 hrs; however early check-in and late check-out of rooms can be allotted as per the availability. Please inform the Lobby Manager if you wish to retain your room beyond check-out time if the room is available.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
Luggage sealed may be stored in the Left luggage Room at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.

GUEST BELONGINGS:
For the convenience of visitors safe deposit lockers are available in all rooms to ensure the safety of any valuables. Visitors are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or when going to bed. The company will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of residents or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of hotel employees to agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

HAZARDOUS GOODS:
Storing of cinema films, raw or exposed or any other articles of combustible or hazardous nature in residential rooms or store rooms is strictly prohibited.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by them, or by any person whom they are responsible.

PERSONAL INJURY TO THE GUEST:
Use of hotel’s facilities and swimming pools and sea are at one’s own risk and the Management will not be held responsible or liable for any injury or death as a result of using them.

MANAGEMENT RIGHTS:
The Management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission for any person into the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by the guest and lock the room.

RELATION BETWEEN GUEST AND MANAGEMENT:
Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub-tenancy or any right to tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favour of any guest or resident or visitors and the company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the hotel premises.

APPLICATION OF LAW, GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Guests are requested to observe the Government Rules and Regulations in force from time to time in respect of Registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.
